Qualifications

David Theus is a member of The Della Porta Agency, founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1985.  A native Floridian and graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a degree in Finance, class of '89,  David has a vast appreciation and understanding of both the demands and challenges facing business owners in today's uncertain business climate.

Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are very important.  David is a current member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors - Jacksonville (NAIFA), and an active volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (North Florida Chapter).  David's commitment to his industry is evident by his participation in several industry and leisure associations.

David is an Associate and active member of the Florida Aviation Trades Association (FATA), the North Florida Ambassador for Cigar Rights of America (CRA) and an active member of The Sigma Chi Alumni Association of Jacksonville.

David and his family enjoy spending time with family and friends in all that north Florida and the First Coast has to offer.
